Upon
leaving school I undertook a course in catering in which I covered all
manor of waiting on and front of house skills including costumer service
etiquette.also In this course I learn basic cooking and chef
skills.When leaving this course I staring studying in my career of
choice Media after studying up to level two then took a one year break
to work away with a clothing show team traveling shows around the UK and
Ireland to gain work experience in promoting and selling.When arriving
back I stared studying film production at York college.Since last
September I have been working for various catering concentrators on a
temporary Job's as when required.I''m currently looking for employment
more stable and permanent.
I
have various skills and experience in catering and hospitality from the
age of sixteen I have worked in cafes,bar,restaurants and undertook the
roles Waiter,cafe assistant,kitchen assistant ,food server although bar
is one position in which I have not had much experience in I'm a fast
learner and can easily pick up new skills.My catering qualifications
gives me the backing knowledge and skills to compliment my experience in
theses roles.
This work history and my work ethic which has come from my drive to competed my goals and
always work towards my career goals has made me a grounded person with a keenest to work and do well at any work put fourth to me and hopefully being a vital employee member of your company.

April 2012-Ocotober 2012
Lounge bar and grill
I
started as a pot washer and after two months move to the waiter
position taking orders,waiting on tables and cleaning duties also
helping out in the kitchen when busy.
this company also owned a night club which I work for when required undertaking bar work,glass collecting
February 2013 -June 2013
Ry-dale clothing company:
While on a break from studying I went away with a show team selling clothing at country shows
here my jobs range from retail sells to consumer service as well the undertaking off setting up the stands at theses shows.
Peasholm park June 2013- October 2013
this was a season job at the cafe in Peasholm park here I serve costumers took food orders
and waited on to tables as well in busy times help with the cooking duties
GI group/caste employment October 2013 - March 2014
I work at both theses company's at various restaurant mainly at the spa
my duties were waiting on tables at events and bar work also pot washing duties
